Preconstruction with EvolutionBIM is done via collaborative cloud-based coordination sessions. Mechanical Design Drawings are created through a Revit and Bluebeam; between Engineer and Specialty Contractors.

Leveraging the latest cloud-based coordination tools, we efficiently manage trade clashes and generate fabrication drawings. These are delivered directly to subcontractors, complete with BOMs, spool sheets, and take-off schedules.

Chad Demick

With 25 years of experience as a Sheetmetal worker. He also has a passion for computers that extends from playing games, coding to building powerful machines. The combination of these two elements is what fuel his addiction to detailing. Not only does he get to build intricate mechanical systems he gets to do it using several computer programs or “games” as he calls them.

Brian Underwood

Brian began his career in the mechanical contracting industry as a BTJ Steamfitter Apprentice with a small Union Mechanical Contractor in 2001. Over the years, he has successfully transitioned from hands-on work to becoming a highly sought-after VDC/BIM Detailer, Business Partner, and Guest Speaker.
He now shares his expertise with various mechanical contractors across the United States, helping them leverage their potential in the evolving BIM landscape.
